For an appointment at the WHS Spay & Neuter Clinic, you must complete ALL fields. If you have more than 1 pet, you will need to fill out a separate form for each pet. We will make every effort to schedule dates together for multiple-animal households. Your appointment slot will be confirmed by a follow up email within two business days, so be sure to check your SPAM filter if you have not heard from us within that timeframe. Feral Cat Transportation

If you are bringing a feral cat in for surgery, it must be transported in a cat sized humane live trap.
